GULDE 8200 Cylinder Actuators
GULDE 8200 series double-acting cylinder type direct stroke actuators are characterized by full specifications, high thrust, wide temperature range, etc. The actuators are built-in double tie rod structure with long service life and high reliability. The actuator adopts built-in double tie rod structure, long service life, high reliability; equipped with standard valve interface, can easily realize the solid connection; according to the user's actual needs, change the stroke and air pressure; can provide a maximum of 203mm (8 inches) stroke, and can be equipped with an optional side-mounted handwheel. The casting bracket is equipped with a positioner mounting port on the side for fast and reliable installation and connection of the positioner. The GULDE 8200 comes standard with a DVC6200 positioner for flow control or can be used with an on/off valve to control the valve.
Main Features
- High thrust--GULDE 8200 Thrust up to 282,464N (66,120 lbf)
- Wide temperature range--The actuator can be used at temperatures as low as -29°C and as high as 93°C. Low-temperature versions as low as -40°C are also available to meet customer requirements.
- Large travel range--The actuators 200-250 have a standard stroke of up to 140 mm (5.5 inch), and the actuators 300-700 have a standard stroke of up to 203 mm (8 inch).
- High reliability--Dual built-in tie rod design: The GULDE 8200 actuator features a built-in tie rod design made of high strength alloy material; the built-in tie rod protects the actuator from corrosion and physical damage from the external environment and provides built-in guidance to the piston, which prolongs the service life of the seals, thus increasing the overall service life of the actuator.
- Easy to install and maintain--The interface between the actuator and the valve conforms to the DS 79 standard for easy connection to the valve.
- Anti-corrosive--Corrosion-resistant design: The GULDE 8200 actuator is coated internally and externally with a corrosion-resistant coating that protects the actuator under different operating conditions.
